Participation waiver

Netball is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. By renewing, I confirm I am 18 or over, will follow the rules and reasonable safety instructions, and will stop playing if I feel unwell or injured.

I will contact Go Netball before playing if I need to discuss anything that may affect my safe participation. This acknowledgement does not affect my legal rights.

Pay by bank transfer

After you submit, you’ll receive a unique payment reference. We’ll send the club’s bank details and the amount due before you make a transfer. Please include your reference so we can match your payment.

Submitting this form does not collect or confirm a payment. We use your details to manage your renewal and handle emergencies. A copy is kept in the organiser’s private records; the submitted details are also passed to our email delivery service to notify the organiser.
